Greetings BEHOA Members. 

Waste Management has agreed to provide us improved pricing (again).  You will each be receiving an email with the details.  I don't think it is all as clear as it could be so let me summarize here.

1. The price is the same for all container sizes and, unless you want to change it, you will stay with your current containers (and sizes) and billing schedule (monthly or quarterly).  You may have 32, 64 or 96 gallon containers.  The new offer is  priced the same for any of them ... $8.00+$8.50 per month for the containers plus the Olmsted fees, MN Tax, etc.  Overall it works out to about $25/month or $76/quarter for the two containers of any size.  (This is for paperless billing and auto-pay ... their may be some add-ons, if not.)  (Note that the 32 gallon containers are no longer available, so may not be mentioned in the offer, but if that is what you have, and want to keep them, that is fine.)   (Also, in discussing this with some folks, it was noticed that some people have container sizes that are different than what their bill shows.  While this could be corrected, since the pricing is the same, it doesn't matter much.)
2. The process is that you will receive an email from mabrams2@@wm.com (Melissa Abramson 952.460.8696 ) that has their summary of the offer and you can reply to accept (or decline or ignore it).  If you want to proceed, she will then send you an electronic "Agreement" form to sign (via a Docusign process that is pretty easy).  Then it should transition to the new pricing on the next billing cycle.  
3. This is for a two year agreement.  The rates could go up as much as 6% in the second year.  There are some penalties for early termination --they are in the Agreement you will sign if you want to proceed.
